BEAR Construction USA is a working crew out of Jamaica, Queens. Gut-outs, debris, roofs, siding, bathrooms, ceilings. Same people on your job from the first swing of the hammer to the last bag on the truck.
Most jobs need somebody to take it apart, somebody to get rid of it, and somebody to put it back together. We do all three, so nothing gets lost between contractors.
Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole floors. We strip it to the studs clean and safe, protect what's staying, and leave you a space ready to build in.
Construction debris, old fixtures, whatever's been sitting in the garage for ten years. The crew that does the demo loads the truck, so you're not waiting on a second company.
Flat roofs on brownstones and rowhouses, siding replacement on detached homes. Stripped, wrapped, and finished so it looks right from the street.
Bathrooms tiled floor to ceiling, tongue-and-groove pine ceilings, sunrooms, framing, doors and windows. The build-back side of the job.
